Potter Creek Water company was founded in 1985 to provide water to the Potter Creek subdivision. The company is a regulated utility and holds a "Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity", #358, issued by the Regulatory Commission of Alaska. The company is owned and operated by Neil & Roxana Bergt. Roxana is the "Administrative Manager" of the company, and Neil handles other management requirements, including regulatory affairs.
